Andersmith

Andersmith is a multidisciplinary collaboration between Arletta Anderson and Adam Smith. Using movement, spoken language, and original sound, they create work that deals with the quotidian and the extraordinary, the body and effort, and the blurred line between what is real and the absurd. They have presented work at the Elysian Theater, Hollywood Fringe Festival, Stomping Ground LA, CounterPulse, ODC, and other venues locally and nationally. They have been commissioned by the University of San Francisco, Shawl-Anderson Dance Center, Zero1, and Dancers' Group and taught workshops on collaborative devising at Bowling Green University and University of Hawaii.
